P1 – Quality Checks
– Develop a comprehensive quality strategy that outlines the standards and procedures for quality checks. This strategy should be communicated to all development teams to ensure understanding and compliance.
– Plan and schedule one quality check per development team per year. This will involve coordinating with approximately 60 teams to find suitable times for the checks.
– After each quality check, generate a quality rating report based on the findings. These reports will align with the established quality strategy and provide actionable feedback for the teams
- ASPICE knowledge Required – ideally, the INTAC ASPICE Provisional Assessor
- Quality Checks: every three months
P2- Process Maturity Evaluation
• Assist in conducting the ASPICE potential analysis for the project. This involves understanding the ASPICE standards, applying them to the project, and identifying areas of potential improvement
• Provide coaching to the team members to enhance their skills and understanding of the project requirements. This could involve regular training sessions, one on one coaching, or group workshops
• Support the team in preparing for and undergoing ASPICE assessments. This includes helping to understand the assessment criteria, gathering necessary documentation, and coordinating the assessment process. Additionally, manage the creation and coordination of tickets related to the project
- Must have: ASPICE Lead Assessor
- Scope: 20 potential analyses per year (one lasts one week)
- Automotive SPICE, Jira, Confluence
- English language min. B2
