P2 – Planning & Status Reporting incl. Coordination

– On a weekly basis, determine the quality maturity level of the project. This involves assessing the current state of quality control processes and practices, and categorizing them into predefined maturity levels.
– As part of the weekly quality maturity level determination, conduct a risk evaluation. Identify potential risks associated with the current quality maturity level and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
P5 – QA – Strategy and Plan
– Regularly adapt and review the Quality Assurance (QA) plan to ensure it remains relevant and effective. This involves updating the plan to reflect changes in the project and conducting reviews to identify areas for improvement.
– Conduct Program Increment (PI) planning sessions to outline the work to be done in the upcoming increment. This involves coordinating with the development teams to understand their capacities and align their work with the project’s goals.
– Implement a system to track the progress of QA planning within the development teams. This could involve regular check ins with the teams or the use of a tracking tool to monitor the status of QA activities.
