P1 – Improvement Support & Tracking
– Establish a system to support and track improvements in the project. This could involve setting up a tracking tool to monitor the progress of improvement initiatives and providing necessary support to the teams involved.
– Conduct regular reviews of supplier deliveries to ensure they meet the project’s quality standards. This involves checking the delivered items against the requirements and providing feedback to the supplier.
– Carry out 15 quality ratings and 5 potential analyses per Program Increment (PI). This involves assessing the quality of work and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, prepare approximately 20 release notes detailing the changes and updates made in the project.
P2 – Coaching
• Provide coaching to the team members and onboard QA delegates. This involves enhancing their skills,
understanding of the project requirements, and their roles and responsibilities within the team
• Conduct a Community of Practice (CoP) for Quality Assurance once per sprint with a minimum of 5 team
members. This involves sharing best practices, discussing challenges, and finding solutions to improve the
quality assurance process
• Provide specialized coaching to QA delegates and process engineers. This includes training on specific
processes, tools, and techniques relevant to their roles
